I ate five huge slices of pepperoni pizza and it was so greasy and delicious. I love this while I was doing it, But I hated myself afterwards.

I tried mashed cauliflower tonight and it really did give me a similar sensation to mashed potatoes. It really gave me and similar sensation comfort food.
I think my new favorite thing has got to be zucchini pasta. Some zucchini pasta with olive oil with a little bit of Parmesan cheese.
My doctor says I need to lose weight and bring down my cholesterol. Be honest I know I’ve been overweight for a long time for my size. I’m having a hard time committing to healthy eating and I’m not very physically mobile, so it’s hard to burn up the calories. I wish I knew somebody who was going through the same thing, at least I wouldn’t feel so alone.
