My occupational therapy evaluation went well on Wednesday. The occupational therapist thought my wrist had real potential to regain mobility. I’ll probably get 4 to 6 weeks of Occupational Therapy. It will probably be about an hour or so once a week. Hopefully I will be able to you pick up finger food and drive my chair much better. Working out at voices for Independence should reconstitute my efforts. I’m finally feeling like I am taking positive steps into making my prognosis better.
I feel great after my first workout at vfi. My arms are sore, but I feel great. I found out straight shots of apple cider vinegar is not healthy, it is best to mix it with something.
