I tried wheelchair yoga for the first time and to be honest I didn’t have high expectations. I never saw myself as the meditation Namaste type, however after a few minutes I got into it. I’m planning to go back and give it a go, but I am still on the fence about this whole thing.
Stephanie killed me in the best possible way. Tried battle ropes for the first time. I did not lift them very high, but the fact that I was able to with them at all was amazing.
I tried to do some work on the row machine and I am so weak that it did not even register. I’m telling you this, because we all have those moments what we just have to laugh at ourselves.
I will twenty lbs. on the pulleys. I’m really excited about the progress I have made so far.
